The North
Cleanup job continues and the NC is back to their usual POS ping pong. Three medium sized battles took place in Venal, one in Y-4 between Legion of XXXDeathXXX and White Noise against the NC, with the NC defending a Technetium POS that was coming out of RF, and another two between White Noise and the NC in N5Y-4N that is also WN’s home system.
The Y-4 battle had WN and NC nearly equal in terms of numbers (an average of 100 vs 100). NC cyno’d on the Y-4 gate with a mixed fleet of CR BSs and support but also with the assistance of 10 carriers and a handful of logistics, while WN and XDEATH arriving with a sniper BS heavy fleet on the other side of the gate. The outcome was also quite equal in terms of k/d ratio, however the NC did hold the field and saved the Tech POS while WN went to finish a Chromium POS that was coming out of RF next door.
The N5Y-4N battles occurred on two different White Noise POSes, one being a complex reaction/moon mining POS, and the other being a drug manufacturing POS, both exiting RF. WN tried to defend them but they were heavily outnumbered and they died in a fire. I have to guess that killing those two POSes is a form of payback for the NC POSes WN is RF’ing. That or NC is in a campaign against drug use..
On a political level, what’s interesting is that XDEATH is now blue to WN and working against the NC, which breaks a long standing relationship. That makes me giggle and rub my hands that it will turn out in Dronelands burning, something I've been waiting for for quite a while.
And lastly, Rebellion is officially part of the NC as Morsus Mihi guests and are continuing their relocation to Venal. Rebellion is a very competent alliance and I don’t foresee them having any issues with their new home.

BORING! No witty titles, not any good porn, any battles of note, nada! The –A- Bloc keeps reinforcing the 9UY- Station with no opposition at all, and Hardin’s “We will fight to the death” comes in contradiction with Aralis “don’t fight they will get bored and leave”. This is a very wise choice indeed after doing long speeches about Honour and how this is your land. This might even happen, though it doesn’t mean that it is either a good plan or good leadership. Good leadership if you were to follow that path would either be to listen to everyone else and accept their terms in the first place, or play Napoleon and stick to your battlecry. Going from “we will fight with everything we have” to “guys keep your heads down when the bombs are falling and just ignore them” only shows a bad leader who doesn’t have a single clue on what he’s doing.
I also read somewhere that this strategy is a good strategy and that it worked well for WI. It didn’t work well for WI. Atlas was in a roadtrip and they still lost a whole region to them.
Goonswarm!
The transition to the new alliance by the name of SOLODRAKBANSOLODRAKBANSOLODRAKBAN continues. I still think that while Solo is an awesome dude, the name is quite terrible. Then again, it makes dying to them now even worse that it was with the “We are terrible at this game” or “We only fly rifters”, so one could say that it has a purpose. He is also their IT guy so v0v
Most of the pubbie corps dropped from Goons in Space and joined them the past two days with Darkstar1 being the last to join. That raises the alliance number to 2700 and I’m guessing that there’s still a bunch of goons to be transferred from GF to GEWNS.
Nothing has been reported on Pulsar and if they will be joining the new Swarm yet.
Lastly, Mittani’s last column by the name of “Self-Immolation for fun and profit” has also been released on Ten Ton Hammer, mainly focused on Goonswarm’s collapse and said collapse’s results to its enemies. You can read the full article here : http://www.kugutsumen.com/showthread...Profit&p=67333
The South-West
IT continues the Delve clean-up and installation of pets in Period Basis and Querius. As it seems Leguiena Romana or however you spell that is receiving Period Basis with the former The Klingons corps, Shadow Company, inFluX. (also former Maru Kage, haha) and Taurus Inc. also joined about a week ago.
Querious fate is still uncertain, though I’m guessing that it will either become a renter region, or will be split amongst GITC pets.
Small addition : The LI-BA0 constellation in Querious has been given to -A- and added to AAA Citizens rental plan. That pretty much confirms my guess that Querious is to be split between parties as a renter region. So, if you want premium estate in Querious there's still time!
Empire/Lowsec
Sound decision not to include BTLS in the new Swarm. Shitloads of stuff surrounded by a unescorted freighter popped to a Rooks & Kings gang (that I’m quite sure is still fapping on the killmail) in Ami, resulting in a lol ISK loss of 155 Bill. Obviously not an accurate estimation as I’m quite certain all those battleship BPs aren’t original, the killmail itself though is still hilarious. LolBTLS.

Useless Info and Smug Facts
Core of Elements joined Intrepid Crossing. One of the few known ME Titan pilots, Kalas Wise, left German Kings and joined Core of Elements, and without being certain if he took his Avatar with him, I'll call it and say one more Titan (loss) for IRC. Go go KM whores!
Ex-SoT and quite competent corp Divine Retribution, keeps switching alliances in what I'm assuming a quest to discover oneself through the mirror of others. They left Privateers already, let's see where they'll end up being.
